4059EE Feature Pack for PAM has been updated with the following:
- The Tellus PAM tab was not automatically selected on a renewed search on the same criteria.
- The default colors on old absences was strange, they have now been updated to the default set.
Plug-in for hitta.se
- hitta.se plug-in stopped working due to API changes.
Plug-in for OTCS
- In the OTCS plug-in the recipients in the bcc/cc fields was not displayed on incoming emails.
- The automatic rsi search was not invoked in a non-PAM environment.
- When there is an incoming email an audio alert will be played.
- When you want to transfer an email to another agent, all available agents will be displayed when you select the campaign.
